The mission of Hazelnut Promotion Group is to organize and execute advertising and promotion activities aimed at increasing domestic and foreign consumption in order to compensate for the economical loss and social problems caused by the 100-200.000 tons of hazelnut remaining unused during a period when 600.-700.000 tons of hazelnut yield is considered to be normal production amount because of unplanned production, although it has 20% share in the agricultural product exports in our country.

FTG has employed several scientific institutions to perform R&D work in order to support the activities that have been carried out to achieve the above objective.
